Why this exists

Local search decides who gets called. The businesses that win are rarely the best ones. They are the ones whose Google profile is complete, reviewed and recently touched. That is a few hours of unglamorous admin every month, forever, and it is the first thing to slip when you are actually doing the job you are good at.

The existing answer is an agency at $800 to $3,500 a month, much of which goes on exactly that admin. We thought a small business should be able to have the work done properly for the price of a phone contract, or do it themselves for free with an honest checklist. Both options are on this site.

The rules we hold ourselves to

• No ranking promises. Nobody controls Google. We tell you what we did and what changed, not what we guarantee.
• No review gating or incentives.Requests go to every customer, in neutral wording. Filtering for happy ones is against Google's rules and against the point of a review.
• Nothing risky on your listing. No keyword-stuffed business names, no invented services, no category tricks. They work until they get the listing suspended.
• Real numbers only. Every statistic on this site is sourced and checked. If we cannot attribute it, we do not use it.
• The free layer stays genuinely useful. The checklists are complete. The product is the shortcut, not the gate.

Who builds it

Padify AB is a small software company in Sweden. We build the profile-audit engine behind this site, and the guides on it are written by the same people. If something on a checklist is wrong or out of date, we would genuinely like to know: tell us.
